3D Modeling - Fun with Physics
We will first create a fun and simple 3D world featuring our own characters and items. Next, we'll animate our characters to interact with those items using code to manipulate the physics of all the objects. The results are both hilarious and educational. 3rd grade and up.

About the event
The software we will be using for this class is called CoSpaces. Â It's a 3D world generator a lot like Minecraft or Roblox. Â All students will spend time creating their 3d world....adding the environment, surroundings, characters, and objects. Â Next, we will learn to code our characters to interact with the world we've created. Â We will focus primarily on the physics engine inside the 3d world. Â For example, if you create a bowling ball that you program to weigh 100 grams and you throw it at a group of dinosaurs that weigh 5 grams each....what do you think will happen to the dinosaurs? Â The results are hilarious, fun, and educational....and the creativity is endless. Â
STEM concepts for this class include 3D Modeling, Coding, Physics, Math, Design, and Computers. Â
Age recomendation is 3rd grade and up. Â All classes will require a minimum of 6 students and a maximum of 14 students. Â
PARENT VOLUNTEER All classes this week have the option of hosting a parent volunteer. Â One parent per class will be allowed on a first come basis and their student may attend at no cost. Â Having a parent volunteer is critical to the success of these classes so I encourage you to attend and have fun with all the students and learn along with them. Â No experience with the content is necessary. Â Please contact me if interested. Â Thank you. Â Dustin McEntarfer
