About the event
What is a STEM Hangout you may be asking? The standard day off camp I offer is structured and planned accordingly. We rotate stations, play games, have experiments, yada yada yada. STEM Hangout is a deconstructed version of all of those great things and more. I'll be passing out STEM Passports with a dozen or so challenges on them. The students will then have open-ended time to complete the challenges to be eligible to win fun prizes and giveaways. It'll take focus, time management, and teamwork....and will be a lot of fun.
This is an amazing opportunity to really hone your Lego Mindstorms EV3 Programming skills or become a master 3d designer. Let's get 2020 kicked off in style!!
Each day will be a similar format but for students wanting to attend both days, there will be additional challenges and options so you won't have to do the same…
